April 15, 2013 — There are more than 500,000 residents in San Diego that lack the Internet connectivity needed to find and apply for jobs, to help their children get a good education, and to stay connected with loved ones. Through a state-funded grant, the San Diego Futures Foundation is helping bring low-cost broadband Internet into the homes of San Diego County residents who are on federal assistance and do not currently have a broadband connection in their home. The (W)right On team is thrilled to support the organization, which has provided equipment, software, training, services and technical support to nonprofits, small businesses and disadvantaged residents since 1999.
