Chloe supports strategic communications and public relations initiatives within WOC | Signal, helping organizations strengthen visibility, audience engagement and stakeholder trust.
Chloe brings experience across public relations, media relations and digital communications, with a background supporting integrated campaigns spanning earned, owned and social media channels. Prior to joining WOC | Signal, she led marketing and communications initiatives at The Arc of San Diego, where she developed and executed multi-channel campaigns, managed media outreach efforts and created strategic content supporting organizational visibility, fundraising initiatives and community engagement. Earlier in her career, Chloe managed global social media communications for the Nazarene Global Ministry Center, overseeing content strategy and digital communications across international platforms. She is particularly interested in the evolving role of emerging technologies such as AI and audience insights in shaping smarter, more effective communications strategies.
Chloe is an active member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) San Diego chapter and is actively involved in the San Diego community through professional and community engagement initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with minors in Marketing and Graphic Design from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
