Account Executive (San Diego, CA)

Are you a PR professional with at least three to five years agency account executive experience (corporate communication experience may be considered), comfortable communicating high-tech subject matter and in other technically-oriented communication environments, and hold a bachelor degree or higher in Communication, Journalism or Marketing? Conveniently headquartered in the Solana Beach / Del Mar area, (W)right On Communications is a full spectrum agency providing communication services to small through publicly traded companies across many industries in the United States and Canada via its branch office in Vancouver, British Columbia. (W)right On offers a supportive and highly professional environment, and exposure to a multitude of industry sectors in both for-profit and non-profit sectors, including the music, high-tech, healthcare, higher education, entertainment, hospitality, energy, and aviation industries.

Working with a team of top-notch communicators, you will be responsible for developing, managing and maintaining client relationships and their communication program, in all respects. Experienced in creating effective story pitches to local through international print and electronic media, you thrive in a multi-tasking environment and demand the best of yourself no matter the small through mission-critical task for your internal and external clients. You’re seeking an opportunity to grow with the best and enjoy the team collaborative process in identifying, developing and implementing interactive marketing campaigns based on a sound understanding of website analytics, search engine principles, and social media tools. You excel in creating compelling news hooks and supporting pieces for all media formats. Creative sales and marketing copy for collateral production is second nature to you.
